I had a very negative experience with another realtor when I listed my property last year, and took it off the market. Luckily a friend talked to Shane about my situation. She came, looked at my documents and my house, and viewed things differently. She was thorough, energetic, efficient and very, very positive. I knew Shane would sell my house; I now had a realtor who was an advocate for me and my property. Shane had a plan for any issue that arose, and an extensive rooster of specialists, roofers, handymen, inspectors, etc. she could call on. There were some complications, but Shane and her network were there to respond. Matters were resolved, and my house sold very quickly. Shane was on top of things even before they happened.
