When architect Richard Lumsden decided to build his own dream house, he called on renowned builder Buzz Bainbridge to erect a grand Double Adobe Pueblo home replete with architectural details. Carved solid wood doors, sculpted corbels and intricate herringbone high ceilings with hand carved vigas/beams to name a few. They perfectly sited this 4500+ sq.ft house & guest house on 2.2 acres to take advantage of the majestic views of the surrounding mountains and the Santa Fe Ski basin. The master suite has an alcoved sleeping area, a sitting area w/fireplace and a private office area. There is also an office area off the guest suite. An entire wall of windows in the great room and in the hallway gallery lets in the panoramic views. The one bedroom guest casita is across the way of the landscaped walled back yard. The front and back deep portals/patios allow for outdoor living and entertaining in this perfect Las Campanas setting. A furniture package and a membership to the Club at Las Campanas are available separately.
